In House is $1,499 a month and it comes with an after-hours line that rings a real phone. We only take it on where we can genuinely do the work — so there is a conversation before there is a payment.
What we look at
- One to fifteen people, based in the US
- Not already under contract with a managed IT provider
- Not a regulated-data need we structurally cannot touch — we do not handle health records
- You are willing to do a 30-minute onboarding call, and to grant delegated access where the work needs it
- The work you need is the work the plan actually covers
That is the whole list. If we say no, we will tell you why and point you at who to talk to instead — that is commitment four, and it applies here more than anywhere.
How it goes
- 01 You email us what you do and what is prompting this. A few lines is plenty.
- 02 We reply within one business day, either with questions or with a straight answer.
- 03 If it is a fit, we send a private payment link. Nothing is charged before that.
