What “unlimited” means here

Unlimited means unlimited questions, not unlimited hours. Ask as many times as you need to. There is no such thing as a dumb question and nobody is counting.

If you ask for something outside the lists and it will take more than roughly 30 minutes of hands-on work, we quote it first and you decide. That is Sidekick Time at $175 an hour, less your plan’s discount. This does not apply to anything your plan already includes — work we have promised is delivered as promised, however long it takes.

You will never get an invoice for something you did not agree to first. And if you buy one of our one-time services then start a plan within 30 days, we credit 50% of it against the plan.
