The parts worth reading twice

Your website is genuinely yours. We build it, host it and keep it maintained. After twelve months it transfers to you for nothing — the site and the domain both. If you leave before that, the domain still transfers free.

Unlimited means unlimited questions, not unlimited hours. Anything outside the included lists that would take more than about 30 minutes gets quoted first — that is Sidekick Time at $175 an hour, less your discount. This does not apply to anything your plan already includes — work we have promised is delivered as promised, however long it takes.

We research vendors; we do not call them. We will tell you exactly what to say and what a fair number looks like, but the call is yours to make. Same with your computer — Greg and a person will walk you through it, and we never take over your screen.
